How this works

• Most permits are pulled by the contractor who already won that job. Those jobs are not open to the same trade.
• The work that comes after the permit is often not hired yet — landscaping after a pool, flooring after a remodel.
• Each pack is sorted by permit type and tagged with likely next trades, so you can see which properties fit your trade.
• These are public records. You could pull them from the city yourself. We do the sorting, de-duplication, and tagging.
