Privacy Policy
Next-Trade Packs is a product of LineAnswered LLC. Effective November 5, 2026.
What we collect
- If you email us (for example, to request the free sample or ask a question): your email address and whatever you write in the message.
- If you buy a pack: payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details — we never see or store your full card number. From Stripe we receive your order details (which pack, amount, and the email address you gave at checkout) so we can deliver your purchase and handle refunds.
- Visit source tag: if you arrive through one of our outreach links, the page stores a short source label (such as “form”) in your browser's session storage only, and passes it to Stripe at checkout so we can tell which outreach channel a sale came from. It is not a cookie, it is not used for advertising, and it disappears when you close the tab.
That is all. This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party tracking pixels, and it sets no cookies.
What is in the packs — and what is not
The packs are built from public records published by the City of Austin Open Data Portal. They contain property addresses and permit details only. They contain no homeowner names, no phone numbers, and no email addresses.
How we use information
- To deliver the pack you bought and process refunds.
- To answer messages you send us, including sample requests.
- To keep basic business records (orders and receipts) as the law requires.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for marketing. The only services that process it on our behalf are Stripe (payments) and our email provider (messages you send us).
Your choices
Email hello@lineanswered.com and we will tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — except records we are required by law to keep (such as completed-order receipts). If you ever receive outreach from us and want no more, reply and say so and we will stop.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
